Taylor works across the paediatric lifespan including toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents. She is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who supports clients presenting with developmental delays and disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual impairment, global developmental delay, neuromuscular disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and chromosomal abnormalities.
Taylor has a special interest in supporting children who exhibit big feelings, have difficulty eating, using the toilet, engaging in school, forming friendships, getting ready for school transitions e.g. prep or high school and reading their internal body signals e.g. interoception skills.
She has a passion for working in a multidisciplinary team and you will often hear her say more heads are better than one. She practices using a strengths-based approach and acknowledges that it is essential to include and work with parents and carers.
