Occupational Therapist
Jaimie is a kind, compassionate, and thorough Occupational Therapist dedicated to improving the lives of her clients. With a focus on complex home modifications, cooking and driver therapy programs, and comprehensive functional assessments, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her practice.
A qualified Occupational Therapist since 2017, Jaimie has pursued advanced training, including NDIS-recognised study in complex home modifications and accreditation to complete the Functional Independence Measure. Jaimie is also an accredited Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. As an EFT Practitioner, she incorporates a holistic approach to support her clients’ mental and emotional wellbeing.
Jaimie is committed to fostering an environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to achieve their goals.
An area of particular interest for Jaimie is working with adolescents and adults with neurological conditions, intellectual disability, and autism spectrum disorder.
Jaimie became an Occupational Therapist driven by a deep-rooted life purpose: to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Inspired by her passion for helping others overcome challenges and achieve their goals, she found her calling in this rewarding profession.
Jaimie believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and independent life, and she is committed to providing the support and guidance necessary for her clients to thrive. Through her work, she strives to empower individuals, fostering their confidence and helping them navigate the complexities of daily living. For Jaimie, being an OT is not just a career; it’s a lifelong mission to uplift and inspire those around her.
Outside of work, she loves going to the gym, and the beach with her husband, daughter and golden retriever Humphrey, baking and travelling.
Jaimie is based on the Northside of Brisbane and accepts referrals around the Brisbane North, Moreton Bay and Caboolture areas.
