Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Ellie is a paediatric occupational therapist who works with children and adolescents who are neurodiverse and enjoys supporting families and children to reach their full potential. She has an interest in sensory processing and feeding therapy.
Ellie is experienced in supporting neurodiverse children including Autism, ADHD, dyspraxia and dysgraphia as well as children with global developmental delays and intellectual impairment. Other areas where Ellie can support include feeding challenges, toileting delays, emotional regulation challenges, handwriting difficulties, play skills and school engagement.
Ellie enjoys working closely with parents and caregivers through a family-centred approach to help families understand their child’s unique strengths and areas for support. Ellie enjoys working with children through a play-based approach, using strengths and interests to help make therapy fun, engaging and meaningful.
Outside of work, she enjoys going for coffee, hiking and camping.
Ellie has a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours), from Griffith University
Ellie is based in the Redlands and accepts referrals around southeast Brisbane, Logan and the Redlands area.
