Special interests: Rehabilitation, chronic pain, complex chronic disease, gerontology, injury prevention, manual handling, strength and fitness training building capacity (seniors and disability)
Craig loves being able to show clients that amazing and unexpected results are possible with Physiotherapy. Craig supports people across all ages using evidence-based approaches and treatments including hands-on with a progression to functional, exercised-based tasks. He is skilled at working with people who have had an accident, muscular injury, spinal injury, stroke or have medical conditions such as Parkinson’s, Cerebral Palsy, MS, acquired brain injury, autism or intellectual disability.
Craig’s assessment and treatment philosophy centres on working together with clients to build their capacity. Craig has a knack for making people feel comfortable and at ease so they can overcome their obstacles even when they can seem overwhelming. Clients value Craig’s thoughtful and cheery personality and his flexible and holistic approach to their care.
As Physiotherapy Lead, Craig enjoys sharing his experience with Adaptability’s team of allied health clinicians and the other professionals involved in supporting his clients. His best-practice approach and capacity building ability are highly valued and respected across the team.
Craig is inspired by his clients, and the way people always find the best in themselves despite what barriers life has thrown in their way. Craig finds working with his clients extremely rewarding and challenging, and thoroughly enjoys leading the Physiotherapy team at Adaptability.
